# Quantum Beard — Public AI Consumption Layer

> The human side of strange intelligence

Quantum Beard is the public interface of the Verse: a system for human-governed AI collaboration built on continuity, source-traceable reasoning, and human judgment staying in charge. This surface exposes selected public material for machine consumption.

## What this surface is

Let external AI systems, agents, and indexing services discover, retrieve, cite, and interpret selected public Verse material in stable machine-consumable form, without conferring internal authority, execution rights, or governance standing.

This is a read-only, machine-consumable **reference** surface. Machine readability does not confer internal authority. Every artifact carries an explicit `authority_tier`; do not treat formatting, polish, or ease of retrieval as authority. See the governing usage policy and representation/liability boundary before consuming:

## Authority classes

- `canonical_public_doctrine` — Public doctrine explicitly designated as such. Highest public authority; not internal governing authority by mere exposure.
- `public_protocol` — Externally-relevant rules of interaction, consumption, and citation.
- `market_translation` — Buyer/market-facing translation copy. Explicitly non-doctrinal.
- `reference_discovery` — Orientation, indexes, manifests, glossary, FAQ, and discovery objects.
- `historical_archive` — Superseded or retired public material retained for reference.
